​1. Inspire young generation and other social innovators to experiment and refine their passion in technology world.



1.1- Set up a social technology lab for young Cambodian scientists

This lab will be run by selling membership. Young passionate Cambodians who are at high school and university and want to explore and experience the technology in the around world will be our primary targets. They will work together to share and gain more knowledge among ArrowDot members.



1.2- Keep building rebots
One way to inspire and motivate young Cambodians and attract more technology and skills is seen as the continuous commitment in building the technology and can be seen in the developed countries.



1.3- Provide training and opportunity to potential young generation and high school students to experiment
It is recognized that high school students are taught through theory-based method. They almost never have a chance to really practice their knowledge. As a consequence, many talented students end up studying major which is not their passion/talent when they enter university. Therefore, ArrowDot will be paying a role as consultant for those who are talented and keen on growing in technology world.



1.4- Conduct workshop and Robot-Camp
This is to gather the young talented people to come and exchange knowledge and skills. The students or scientists will bring their robots to display and present the used technology to public or among themselves, aiming to exchange and upgrade their skills.
There will be competition a time. The objectives of this is to spread the impact and encourage more students to join and to find out best ones to join the ArrowDot team.



​2. Create products and services to sell in the markets and increase spirit of entrepreneurship.



2.1- Build small robot that can be sold in the market or online
One way to sustain and as well as to gain publicity for ArrowDot is to produce products to sell in market. These products are robotic toys that can be operated through mobile phone or PC and so on.



2.2- Provide short courses on how to build and reassemble robots
The most inspiring method that we see is to train and allow them to build their own products (basically robot) after a period of training course.



2.3- Provide contracted services
Another way to sustain ArrowDot is to provide services related to product design, electrical engineering, and training.



​3. Networking with social media and other labs to exchange knowledge and gain more experience and publicity.



3.1- Join workshop on technology and hardware development oversea

We will send out products and member to display oversea so that outside world will know more about Cambodia.



3.2- Keep media and public updated about what we are doing

A way to gain popularity and possible sponsorship is to get our story heard by public.



​4. Seek opportunity to further knowledge and skills.



4.1- Send the team members to join short-courses and exchange programs annually

Striving to be better, we have to keep updating our skills through short courses and exchange programs with universities oversea.



4.2- Encourage members to seek scholarship to pursue their knowledge oversea

Networking with universities oversea and keeping them update with possible scholarship opportunities. Also, inspire them to join available workshop and seek mentors on their own field.
